Policies for Minden Opera House
Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.

No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office.
General Policies
1. Ticket purchases for all shows/events are on a first come-first serve basis.
2. Sales tax is included in ticket price.
3. Discounts cannot be combined.
4. Ticket purchases over the telephone or the website must be paid for with a credit card or debit card.
5. If tickets need to be purchased by check, payment for tickets must be received within two (2) business days.
6. Tickets purchased within ten (10) days will not be mailed.
7. Each patron must have a ticket for a seat regardless of age.
8. Shows/events will only be cancelled in extreme circumstances. If the show goes on as scheduled, no refunds, exchanges or rain checks will be granted. In the event of a cancellation on the part of MOH, the ticket may be used as a rain check for another MOH event of equal value.
9. Every effort will be made to inform patrons of a cancellation of an event by phone, email, TV, and on our website (www.mindenoperahouse.com).
10. Handling/Processing/Mailing fees are non-refundable.
11. Minden Opera House is handicap accessible. If a patron requires special accommodations, please mention when ordering so arrangements can be made to best suit the patron.
12. Holder assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event.
13. Cameras and recording devices are prohibited.
14. Firearms, other weapons and tobacco products are not permitted inside the MOH building.

Reminder - Ticket Vouchers DO NOT guarantee seating. You must call the box office to exchange your voucher for a ticket. Ticket Vouchers are not valid for all shows and may not cover the cost of the ticket. Contact the office for details.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Minden Opera House). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
